The league consists of three divisions with up to 8 teams in each division. Each match consists of a mixture of track and field events plus relays. Each event has an A string and B string athlete. At each match the club get an overall placing and amount of points according to our place at that match. After three matches the team with the most overall points are champions of their division. The two teams from the top division with the least points are relegated while the two teams with the most points from the second division are promoted.
