Friday 17th^th February 2023 – Minutes

Clydebank Leisure Centre 7.00 p.m.

1. Attendance. P.Rudzinski, J.Wright, J.Hanratty, P.McCrossan.
2. Apologies. G.Kennedy. N.Armstrong, W.Jones , R.Paxton, E.Paxton, D.Rothin,

3. Minutes of previous Meeting. The minutes were read and accepted as correct, moved by J.Wright and seconded by P.McC.

4. Matters Arising.  A. Website Revamp. Still ongoing. Awaiting a response from Ionos re login details.
   4. Digital Banking. Seems to be up and running with Puttnam cheques being the only issue to be resolved.
   5. PVG renewals. All up to date.
   6. John Hume memorial trophy still to be received and a decision taken on usage of trophy.

5. Correspondence. All dealt with via e-mail. All PVG holders to read new SA Child Safeguarding policy.

6. Treasurer’s Report. Report for January read by JW and approved by P.McC and JH.

7. Junior Section. Numbers are now stabilising.

8. OCB – none.
