Our Training Nights

The main training sessions take place on Tuesday and Thursday evenings as detailed below:

TUESDAY AND THURSDAY TRAINING SESSIONS
• Currently Tuesday training sessions take place at St Peter the Apostle High School, Kirkoswald Drive, Clydebank, G81 2DB from 7pm-9pm. Training during summer months usually consists of track sessions or road runs.

• Currently Thursday training sessions take place at St Peter the Apostle High School, Kirkoswald Drive, Clydebank, G81 2DB from 7pm-9pm. Training runs generally start here and we use the surrounding areas for road or off-road sessions.

• We also have a large Games Hall let at St Peters which is used for specific training such as Sportshall Athletics for juniors and technical coaching for older age groups on events such as High Jump, Shot Putt and Sprinting technique and circuit and strength conditioning.
